 "My 5 day stay"
I really enjoyed my time in San Francisco, friendly people, spacious room, really close to many downtown activities.... Only negative thing was the wireless connection was inconsistent, I managed to look up things and wondering if the 10 floor did not have the strong connection.

 "extremely good value"
This is a great place to stay in in San Francisco. Excellent room in an ideal location. The room is very large with even a small kitchen facility. They also provide bathrobes. I will certainly go back!

 "San Francisco Short Stay"
Coming back from Napa we were able to drop our rental car off at a depot only a block away and begin enjoying a great 2 day stay in the heart of San Francisco. The reception desk welcomed us (2 couples) and even though we were early were able to get one room available immediately. The rooms are clean, modern and generous in size. The fitness centre was well equipped. The only suggestion I would add is considering makeup mirrors in the bathroom. On departure we booked the hotel limo service to the airport. A great stay. We will come again.

 "Excellent Hotel"
Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Excellent location close to Union Square. Rooms very spacious and clean. Free coffee and hot chocolate appreciated. Coffee maker in room also. Staff friendly and helpful.

 "Wonderful Hotel!"
What a nice hotel! From the first person we came in contact with (Edwin, at the hotel desk) to the last one when we left -- we couldn't have asked for friendlier or more helpful service. The large room was immaculate and very stylish. Loved the TV in the mirror in the bathroom and the bed was a real luxury! The location was right in the middle of all kinds of shopping and convenient to everything we needed. The Donatello has definitely become our place to stay in San Francisco.

 "Comfortable stay"
Donatello is conveniently located in an attractive area of the city, the Union Square. Short walks to great shopping, dining, and entertainment. Hotel is pleseantly decorated. We had a room with a kitchenette, which satisfied our needs. The bathroom had an additional attraction - a TV built into the wall mirror. We found the staff very courteous and helpful. We recommend this hotel and would not mind staying in it again.
