Cons: Breakfast was good but staff could not cope at peak times,

Cons: Room and ensuite very small.
sound proofing between rooms not brilliant, ok if neighbours are quiet.
Cons: Showers were tiny and air conditioning was always switched off
a more varied breakfast menu would have been nice it was the same everyday
Cons: Breakfast not acceptable, small tables next to reception, have to wait for table, i went for 10th universary and told so to hotel staff, they did nothing about it.....
Cons: There we no circumstances within your control that were negative. there was garbage / trash pick up during the early morning hours which made it difficult for some to sleep.

excellent location, able to walk to most historical sites. excellent restaurants in the area.

Cons: The pictures are not true. they are well overpromoting the hotel. the reception area is small, the rooms look a bit worth than on the picture - not bad but not as good as on the pictures.
we could only occupy the room at 3pm instead of the 2pm advised.
the breakfast area is small, had to wait 5-10 mins each morning until we could have a table.
