Loved our little home away from home in Paris. The location is excellent....5 minutes from the RER to CDG and 5 minutes from Odeon Metro. Wonderful staff at the desk who couldn't be any nicer. Always a smile and greeting whenever I walked in or out. The rooms are nice but nothing exceptional...small but we were never there so that didn't matter. Always plenty of hot water. Lovely garden in the middle although I never had time to have a glass of wine and enjoy as always on the go. I would definitely go back!

We really enjoyed the hotel. The location is excellent and the rooms although small (which is normal for Paris) were very clean and comfortable. There was a bit of noise from other rooms but nothing that annoyed too much. Staff was very kind and helped us to make reservations and information. I will definitely stay there again!

great location and good price. Room was nice and clean, staff friendly. Only 2 issues: the bed was not very good (you can feel the springs inside) and the room was very warm, even though heat and ventilation were off. The same was the case in the 2nd room my family used. For this reason I would not come back

I stayed here for a total of three nights (split up) during Nov. 2012. The good:Very friendly, helpful staff.Good (but pricy) breakfast on site.Not as good:hard bedhad to walk a couple of blocks to restaurants, etc.

Amazingly quiet for such a central position. A good find - although the room was very small, the terrace was wonderful. Wish the weather had been better to allow us to enjoy it. Breakfast was expensive so we didn't bother - lots of cafes around to grab something cheaply.

Pros: Great location for a fair price. clean and pleasant room, though somewhat small. hotel staff was very polite and the general atmosphere was cozy and inviting.

Pros: Great location, good staff, and decent-sized room (for europe)although the bathroom was tiny!
Cons: No conditioner or body lotion!! we really needed this since we were travelling ultra light, and it was surprising and a bit disappointing! also, although we arrived at 2.15 (15 mins after check-in began) we were told our room was not ready and wouldn't be for 30mins..then we were offered another 'upgraded room' for 20euros more a night. we took the offer because we were tired and wanted to freshen up right away, but we did feel a little that this might have been a common 'ploy' used by the hotel. left a little distaste i must say. i would still recommend the hotel however, but will warn others on travel websites about watching out for the 'upgrade'.

Pros: Nice facilities close to food & shopping in st germain.
Cons: Tiny rooms for the price! we paid to upgrade our room to a new deluxe renovated room and they didn't have a fridge/minibar! our tv didn't work properly and we requested twice for it to be fixed. the staff were ok...didn't really go out of their way to help. we did notice a lot of guests complaining during our stay.

Pros: Wonderful friendly staff and very welcoming to small children. great location near the gardens and st germain. after reading the comments on trip advisor we had high expectations and they exceeded them. room was well appointed, very clean, no noise and incredibly helpful staff. one of the best trips to paris we have ever had!
