Pros: The hotel was a few metres from the metro - access to the whole city very easy (for 1 euro 40 each way). staff promptly repied to my emails on queries i had after i had booked re shuttle bus and metro and their information was spot on. staff could not have been more helpuf at any time during our visit. rooms were clean and the restaurant was used by us one night and was reasonably priced with good quality and portion size of food. we would recommend this hotel to anyone
