Really good clean hotel welcoming staff good size rooms great location right next door to wembley stadium and arena train station across the road would recommend his hotel really good value for money x

The downside was the bathroom had a slight smell which put me off a bit however the service was brilliant very friendly and helpful staff. would book again for a cheap basic hotel.

There was an unpleasant smell coming from between the mattress and the bed. I was there for 9 days and there was no special internet deal for long term guests and the daily prices was too much. I was on the 11th floor and one of the lifts was not working for the whole of my stay. It sometimes took 10 minutes or more for the lift to arrive.The staff were very friendly.Next time, I would prefer to find another budget hotel but would stay again if nothing else was available at the right price.

Service was friendly but the bookings caused a lot of confusion. Roms were clean , evereything needed was there only the ventilation system made horryble noise and woke us up severel times durig the night.

Apart from a non communication basis whereby I booked three double rooms, single occupancy, all confirmed on email, when we got to the hotel the booking was for one room only. This is not acceptable. Mistakes can happen but when a traveller has travelled a distance this is not quite the reception one expects. If Mr Ladlow had not taken his emailed confirmation, I am not sure what would have happened. Once this incident was over, I understand the rest was excellent. Attention to detail is paramount.
