Before booking Citadies, I was wary of the hotel rooms in Paris or Europe in general - small, musty and old. But Citadies is fairly modern and I love it that it has kitchenette ad laundrette. The room is fairly big and the sofa bed is comfy. Staff is helpful and speaks English. One of the staff, Matthew was particularly helpful as I had problems with my luggage bag and need to buy a new one. All shops were closed on Sunday. He directed me to Chinatown area and I managed to get a new bag before my departure. Also the place is so convenient to the metro and to supermarkets and other shops.Feel safe with the hotel security. Lobby is bright and inviting. I will definitely recommend my friends to stay there again. Thank you!
