 "Tolerable for an overnight stay when you have an early flight to catch from Naples"
Excellent for the railway station and airport bus. Helpful reception staff. Very cramped room but quiet (we were overlooking a small enclosed courtyard). No lift, so had to drag our heavy cases up 2 flighs of stairs. Breakfast very meagre. Having stayed in a luxurious 4 star hotel in Sorrento the week before, we fail to see how this can be rated as a 3 star hotel.

Pros: Fab staff, great location for shops, restaurants , buses and the circumvesuvio train
Cons: Only the long-term building disruption in the piazza garibaldi-noisy, dusty, eyesore...but windows/shutters very effective, out all day anyway and could shut out traffic noise at night. slept really well

Cons: Cold rooms,no english speakers on staff,poor breakfast,calefacione justworking 2 or 3 hours per day.

Pros: This hotel was ok, but the location was not very nice, right next to the train station.
Cons: We were charged 40 euro on our credit card for no reason. this is a big problem and are still waiting for it to be resolved.

Cons: The toliet was faulty
there was damp in the bathroom
the 'double bed' was two singles pushed together, which moved apart.
the breakfast was very poor. fruit juices were infact cordials. the cereals were cheap. you had to go and get your own hot drinlks, as staff did not bring them to tables.

Pros: The hotel located very close to railway station, and the public transport is very convenient. the hotel staff is very helpful. i am pleased with their service. they even suggest me to have a one-day trip with a trip company to pompei and visuvio. the trip is really wonderful. i will certainly stay in this hotel next time.
