 "See above, lovely clean, friendly hotel in a quiet but convenient location"
Pros: See above, lovely clean, friendly hotel in a quiet but convenient location. hotel staff were all very friendly and helpfull.
Cons: Very little, the area just ouside the door flooded fro about an hour in the morning, but so do many parts of venice in november.
