 "Super location"
Excellent hotel. Can be a little noisy. Location is the best with this one. Its ~100m from Times Square. The rooms were pretty much standard, not remarkable nor bad. Friendly people working in the hotel.

This is a basic hotel but with amazing location ie 200 metres from Times Square. The lobby is v nice but the room is basic - beds comfortable, blinds not curtains. Bathroom fine. Great deli next door.

Great value, great location right next to Times Square. The rooms are nothing spectacular, but are clean and get the job done. The bed was a bit too firm for my taste. If you don't need luxury, this hotel is a great value.

 "Great location - Good value"
Hotel was in a great location for people interested in attending Broadway show/plays. Lots of food options available close by as well. Hotel was also located within walking distance of Grand Central Station, which is where we arrived next to. Received great customer service from employee who checked us in - wish I could remember his name-he was always very friendly. Not a luxurious, upscale hotel by any means, but was plenty comfortable and suitable for our needs. We would stay there again.

Pros: The hotel is a gem tucked away on a quiet street 1 minute walk from time square. the staff were courteous and helpful, in particular the concierge who gave use wonderful advice about tours and shows.
Cons: The wifi was extremely erratic in our rooms and even in the hotel lobby -this is an irritation if you need the internet/skype etc to keep in touch with work etc. if this was sorted out, the hotel would have been ideal!
