Pros: Very good staff and lovely outside breakfast area.
Cons: Should have upgraded to a better room. as we were only there for 2 nights it was ok, but room was very small with twin beds.

Pros: Pretty hotel with excellent helpful english speaking staff. good location with many shops and restaurants nearby. rooms are small by north american standards but typical for europe. rooms are clean, nice balconies. no complaints at all.

 "Surpassed our expectations, huge room, magical balcony and gardens,..."
Pros: Surpassed our expectations, huge room, magical balcony and gardens, fabulous location. we had paid 7.50 for a cuppa and a croissant for breakfast at our hotel up in the mountains the previous 3 nights(there wasn't any where else to get food) so the selection at breakfast at the windsor was extremely welcome and we felt a real bargain . we would recommend this hotel to all travellers, privelege plus room definitely worth the extra for a romantic break!

Pros: Staff were very professional and helpful. the hotel has made the most of its position and surroundings. decor was as expected - unusual - part of its individuality and appeal. food was very good and competitively priced for the city centre.
