Little Palace Nice  

This is our 3rd stay in this hotel, and we are very content also this time.We got all we needed exept a safe for our passports and values.Good value for the price.My husband was especially happy to have a bigger bed than my standard one.That you,ll find in the twinrooms ,the hotelreceptionist explained.This is the hotel for people who are busy visiting the citiys many attractions during the day,and who want a quiet nights sleep afterwards to a reasonable price.We could wish the rooms were better insolated,as we heard noice from our neighbours coming in later.We also got a very good meal at the restaurant recommended by the hotel.Barracuda in Meyerbeerstreet.Andi & Jakob Hjeltnes,Norway

excellent location, from window of the room we coud see the see and the mountain. very clean. the lady at the reception didn't want speak English.

Pros: Location and friendly staff

Pros: Very warm and wellcomed hotel. room was clean and staff are friendly. very good location, close to the beach and train station.
Cons: I would suggest to get curtains in the bathrooom as it was very wet after 4 of us had shower.

Pros: The staff was very nice, and it was great that someone was available 24 hours a day. the room was nice and clean.
Cons: The entire hotel was very warm for the entire time we stayed there, even though it was march. we weren't able to control the temperature in the room. no matter what setting the thermostat was set to, it blew hot air. the staff didn't seem to think this was a problem, or maybe didn't understand the problem. we ended up leaving the window open throughout our stay.

Pros: The little palace is ideally situated from the gare nice train station, gare routiere bus station, place massena, rue de jean medicin and the beach area of nice . the room was spotless every day and everything was working perfectly. the staff of francoise and evelyn were outstanding. both ladies spoke perfect english and were extremely helpful in providing assistance and recommendations. without a doubt, i would highly recommend this hotel not only for its location but primarily of the hospitality of francoise and evelyn. looking forward to returning to this hotel in the future.

Pros: Suited our short stay perfectly.

Cons: I stayed at this hotel during the french strikes which made rail travel difficult. i could not get from italy to nice because no trains were running on the first day of my booking. i informed the hotel before hand of this and they were totally inflexible in regard to their cancellation policy and charged me for the non-attendance. considering the strike and they were getting customs staying longer because they could not get out the hotel should have been more flexible but they were not and this ruin my stay.

Pros: The hotel was nice, not far from the beach and the city center. the rooms were comfortable and the air conditioning is a plus.
Cons: The beds were not clean. it seemed like they didn't change them before our check-in.

Cons: Poor breakfast
