 "great welcome but poor cleanliness"
quite good location for Messe exhibition, direct line of bus to go, great welcome at reception with good advises and tips but a lot of disappointment concerning room and cleanliness... first room no electricity and second room, dirty toilets...

 "good value for price"
As described by others the doors are quite thin, so noisy late guests may disturb your sleep. I had a room to the rear side and there noise from the front street was ok and didn't disturb my sleep. The room was equipped very well with a kettle and even a small kitchen. I like the "Nordend" area around the hotel very much and I will stay there again. For 40 Euros a single room per night I was completely satisfied.
