Pros: Good location even though theres no mtr nearby. plenty of buses/tram or even a taxi ride as its pretty cheap. also convenient in travelling over to kowloon as the bus stop is just across the road.

Pros: Was upgraded to a suite. room was very clean, bed was comfortable. no bath, but shower facilities sufficient. staff very efficient if slightly impersonal at times. location is away from the major bustling shops and noise, but close enough for easy access. the way i like it.

Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. nice location, reasonably close to subway and very close to bus route. good food nearby.
Cons: Had to wait a half hour for the room to be ready (despite mid-afternoon arrival). bed was hard as a rock. also, the power adapters provided would not stay in the wall; i had to prop them up with anything i could find and still couldn't get much to charge. had to buy weird prepaid internet cards at the front desk for either in-room wireless or their business center (no free wireless). would've appreciated the restaurant staying open later. shower was weird; had hardware for many jets, but no way to get them open; clogged easily and overflowed, little ventilation. world's slowest elevator.
