Pros: Welcoming and helpful staff, spacious room with everything it needed, lots of free coffee!
Cons: As a woman travelling alone i was a little nervous about the area. it's not in the worst part of san francisco, but not the best either, worth taking a bit of care late at night. other than that, no complaints.
