Pros: With the exception of one person the staff were friendly and location is good.
Cons: No tea/coffee facilities in room. extremely noisy, bad organization with incoming and outgoing guests.i disputed a £5 bill and was threatened with police. very disappointed. the worse best western hotel i have stayed in.
