Only the positive comments - helpful staff, spacy warm rooms, really good breakfast, superior location close to the Hbf and city center.Last drop was local Christmas fair in the hotel garden organized by the team - everyone, even not the guests, were invited for free food, gluhwein etc. We did like this stay at Flemming's.

I have now stayed twice at this hotel and find it convenient, modern and not too big. The casual bar and restaurant are great for relaxing and the staff are friendly and helpful.I would recommend Flemmings to anyone visiting Munich.

Providing an excellent level of accommodation, Fleming’s Hotel München-City has 4 stars. This is a perfect place for those who prefer to stay in large accommodations. Staying here puts you in a good position for easy access to Karlstor, Königsplatz plus Karolinenplatz. Classic Art Collection, Theresienwiese and Lenbachhaus can all be found in the near surroundings. Propylaea Monument is located close to this location. St. Boniface's Abbey is a recommended place to visit during your stay in Munich for some nice pictures.
