I was really disappointed with my stay at the Banana Fan Resort. I thought I had realistic expectations after reading previous reviews, however I had booked3 months in advance and requested my three rooms all be together as this was much needed family time and very important to me to have my family together – I also followed this request up with two separate e-mails direct to Hotel. Upon arrival discovered scattered rooms (that were very old tired and nowhere near together, rooms were big but bathrooms questionable) So I immediately shared with staff and management this was not suitable (even offered to pay for upgrade)– only to be abruptly told ( by lady manager) they were fully booked, that’s just the way it is, and my early requests were just that – requests! I was completely upset by her manner but have to say the staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was basic and in my opinion average
