"Lovely hotel"

A lovely hotel, I had previously stayed here a couple of years ago and enjoyed it so chose to stay again this time. The rooms are very cosy and the beds are so comfortable, however the mini bar is so expensive so give that a miss! The location is fab, lots of shops , bars and cafes around and is a short walk from the city center. Would defiantly stay here again and the staff were very nice and helpful.

"Great hotel"

We had a lovely stay overall, we were upgraded when we arrived, unfortunately the room had a lingering smell of sewage waiting for us each time we'd been out for the day and the bathroom hadn't been used! It didn't ruin our stay tho, the hotel was lovely, the staff were very friendly and the location was great. Free WiFi in the lobby and everything was very secure, you need a room keycard to get access to the stairs and lifts and our room had a safe. We didn't get a chance to try the food there but the restaurant looked very nice too. I can't wait to go back to amsterdam :)

"Great location and helpful staff"

Some parts of the rooms were a little dusty and the other couple we travelled with did have to ask for new bedding and towels as they were very threadbare but otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel.

Great location for nightlife (Escape, Soprano's Bar) ; not walkable from Central Station with luggage, but Eu 10 for taxi or use tram to Rembrandtsplein. Big supermarket back of Waterlooplein. Hotel rooms good standard - not all have bath so confirm before you arrive if required. Maybe not quite the 25 m2 advertised. WiFi is free in rooms using cabled connection.

"Good experience"

I ordered a standard room but was upgraded free of charge. The room was clean but the i e bucket was very dirty.. This was the worst bit so all in all it was very nice. We stayed for 3 nights but didn't use the breakfast as you can get much cheaper Choices just outside the hotel. I will stay there again in the future.

Cons: Only thing we didnt like was the computer controlled fridge. we wanted to use the fridge to cool our own drinks but if you even move something inside the fridge you get billed for it.
