 "Close to airport, noisy"
This hotel is convenient to AMS but very noisy because the approach and departure paths of the aircraft go very close to the hotel. The rate I got was almost too good to pass (about EUR 60/night). I recommend the hotel.

 "1night stay - best western Amsterdam (airport)"
Best parts: This was an overnight stay on my way home following a month backpacking. I splurged on a hotel. Great price, it was a special rate I believe and lower than than standard. Airport shuffle was really handy to and from hotel/airport. Rooms clean, service polite, bed comfy enough. I did not use any restaurant services so cannot comment. Least favourite: room toilet had not been flushed, a small oversight but easy enough to do and when I booked my airport shuttle they couldn't guarantee my spot even though I booked. In the morning I got up earlier to make sure I got my spot and again this wasn't an issue - there was plenty of space but seemed strange they could overbook the bus.

 "ok at best"
They were not very helpful. Took an hour to get back in after going to car. Transport to airport ,Which is way to far to walk stops at certain hours. I was not impressed at all.

 "short breakaway,shopping ,hotel good bit out of the way , however shuttle bus was spot on"
good,would use again,bit out of the way, nowhere in the area to walk to or have a drink,other than macdonalds (i certainly dont go abroad for a macdonalds ), but shuttle bus was good

The hotel with all facilities was really good, only the toilette in the room smells terrible (canalization smell ). FYI we ware on the ground-floor.

Over all this Hotel is very good, Location to airport excellent and also the train terminal to other countries using Eurail. I found the hotel excellent for value for money however the front desk staff was not very helpful at all and there english understanding could have been a lot better than it was.I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again myself.

Could be a little bit more clean. But was okay. Price was also good. About 52 euros per night. Themen Service was nice. Very friendly and helpfull. Parking Form free in Amsterdam ist Not usually included linke here

 "Best Western Schiphol"
Normaly OK, this time a few problems. Swimming pool was broken; room electricity tripped on three consecutive days; breakfast selectin was depleted.Aircraft noise was too intrusive; I realise this is a risk at an airport hotel but planes started frequently taking off soon after 5 a.m. and rooms are not well sound-proofed. Staff were friendly and helpful.

exevery nice and clean hotel, staff are very frendley, the room is big and very nice, clean and very quiet. bath and shower was amazing...when i will go back in amsterdam i will return to the same hotel.

The description to reach the hotel with public transportation were not enough. The hotel is not visible from the bus stop and there are no direction how to find it from there. The view of me room was directly on the parking, but appart from that a nice quiet hotel very close to the airport.

 "a bad experience"
We booked three room for us and other friends, and stayed here for four nights.We expected a service at the same level of other Best Western hotels we visited before, but the experience was completely different.All of our rooms were cleaned only once in our stay !!At every turn the desk staff apologized, but the situation didn't change.It's horrible to come back and discover that your bed was not made, the bathroom not cleaned and the cups of tea still with tea inside .How is that possible in a four stars hotel ?Probably the hotel has guests for one night only, waiting for their flights, and guests who stay for more than one night are a rarity, but that does not excuse such a behaviour.The rooms were pre-paid, so we had no way to demand a price reduction for the scandalous room service.The only good service is the bus from and to the Schipol Airport, and the desk staff is very kind.Not enough to recommend this hotel to anybody....

 "my personal opinion"
hotel is fine clean and excellent staff. only complaint is that your resturant is way over priced at 13.50 euros per person. , when mcdonalds is 100 yards down the road with all the things you need at less that half the price.
