Cons: The time established to have breakfast is to short, al least it should last one more hour, also too poor.
i don't think it should have 4 stars, i have been at 4 stars hotel and ars hotel doesn't even give you tooth paste...the little one's. so is too expensive for the service they gave us. it's ok but isn't 4 stars.
Cons: The hotel was difficult to find and directions were limited. the hotel also had alot of stairs which was a problem when transporting luggage. the breakfast buffet was not very nice and a waste of money. this hotel is a little far from all the main attractions and requires that you master the bus system in rome which takes abit of practice!!
