An elegant group of apartments measuring a spacious 110 m² that are pleasantly situated 300 metres from Gaudi’s world-famous Sagrada Familia temple.
Located in the Eixample neighbourhood in the cosmopolitan Barcelona, 9 streets from Passeig de Gracia one of the city’s main thoroughfares. Just one street down you will find Gran Via another of Barcelona’s main streets with many public transport options.
These apartments are very nice and well-equipped. The living space combines kitchen, lounge and dining. There is a TV with satellite channels, DVD and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and a 2 ring hob. There is Air Conditioning and heating throughout the apartment.
There is no reception desk. We would need to know your arrival time at Barcelona, please call at our phone number (the second number on your confirmation email) or send us an email the day previous to the check- in date or the same day in order to arrange check-in hour: check in time starts at 14:00.
If you arrive before 14:00, you can come to our office in street Sardenya, 219 to store your luggage.
For late check in after 22:00 hours, there is an extra charge of 20 Euros to pay at your arrival.

From the Barcelona-El Prat international airport, take the RENFE local train to Plaza Cataluña station. Then switch to the bus line n. 62 towards C. Meridiana and get off at Gran Vía-Sardeña stop. You will find the property only a few minutes walking distance.

Excellent location, just round the corner from the metro and a shop next door for essentials. really friendly staff.
Shower/hot water was not very hot but we didn't ask them if they could turn it up so could be our fault!
