Comfortable and stylish self-catering apartments located a short distance from Las Ramblas at Barcelona’s Old Town and conveniently situated for the Paseo de Gracia, El Borne in the Gothic Quarter, by the Cathedral.
The apartments provide a fantastic base for your stay and offer the independence and privacy that conventional hotels do not. Whether staying for a couple of days, weeks or months, you can work, explore the city or simply relax as if you were at home.
The area is well served by public transport (you are in the most centre of Barcelona), the Plaza Catalunya and Liceo metro station is short distances away and there are also numerous bus routes and taxi stops. All our apartments can accommodate up to 6 people.
The apartments have:
2 rooms with 2 double beds + 1 full equipped kitchen + 1 complete bathroom + living room with double sofa bed.
All of the apartments are very new and totally furnished as your own house.
IMPORTANT NOTE: At check-in there is a deposit charge of €300 which is handed back after departure when we have checked that everything is in a reasonable state.
KEY PICK-UP PROCESS: The keys to the apartment, a map of how to arrive, and a map of Barcelona, are delivered at Boutique Hotel Barcelona, located at Pau Claris, 145, ent. 1. It is open 24 hrs.

The 2 apartments were really well decorated and better than your normal holiday apartment. on arrival the rooms were spotless. the location of the apartments were great, close to the beach and the nightlife. i would definently recommend the apartments to friends and family.

None.Lies about return of deposit, key handed to cleaner when she arrived at 11am of day of departure apartment was left spotless even mopped all floors. now they tell me no keys were left which is a complete lie. the 12 guests will be putting reviews on to indicate this also ants in kitchen. i will be seeking legal advice on this matter as i personally took responsibilities for returning keys to cleaner and leaving apartment spotless. after posting 12 reviews from our party anyone booking with this company must need their heads examaning. these people are very quick to take deposits they take no responsibility to come and check the place with the parties. this is by no means the end of this. i want my deposit back. would advise people to stay on the streets rather than here con merchantsHolly Taggart

Walking distance from las ramblas was a positive, and the apartments were very clean and had most things we needed. I was not contacted by the apartment owners prior to our stay, i called them a couple of days before as we had not received any information on what to do when we got to barcelona. we had to go to an address in the middle of the night (as that's when we arrived) which looked closed, and had to pay everything upfront before even seeing the apartments, we were not 100% happy about doing this. we were also told that we would get the deposit we paid on our credit cards back within 2-3 days if there was no problems. now they are saying it could take 1-1.5 months unless we provide a load of extra details which i am not happy about doing. not the service we were expecting to be honest.
the apartment was a lot smaller than advertised, one of our showers was not attached to the wall and the other didn't work fully - i.e. went hot and cold throughout the shower. we thought the area was slightly dodgy, a lot of taxi drivers would not take us there, and myself and a friend were mugged on the corner to placa de sant miquel - next to out aprtments.Gaynor Llewellyn

Excellent location, very central to barcelona, easy directions to collect keys and to apartmentStaff very quick to collect 300 euro deposit, very slow at returning deposit, i had to call spain to chase up. so much so that the sterling/euro rate changed significantly, i am now out of pocket nearly 20 pounds out of pocketKatrina Jones

Situated in a very good position just of las ramblas, you get what you pay for.Ants had clearly made themselves at home in the kitchen. was not aware that staff would let themselves into appartment to do washing whilst we were out and leave windows wide open!!Anonimo

Excellent location. apartment was a good size for 4 and was clean and tidy. The only disappointment was the lack of cutlery in the kitchen which made it impossibble to eat in. we did inform the hotel, but the knives took a few days to arrive. also the shower is disappointing as it ran out of hot water - this problem still existed even after the hotel replaced the boiler.
in addition - i had to pay 300 euros for the deposited - which as yet has not been re-paid. any help you can give in assisting the return of this deposit would be appreciated. thanksSifferlinger Wolfgang

We stayed in the las ramblas apartments i on templers st. we had a large two bedroom apartment though there were just two of us. perfect location in old town (the best area in barcelona). the apartment had two (small) balconies and old wooden double doors onto them. great way to pretend like you live there! the price was very reasonable too!Anonimo

Apartments are simple clean and in a very central location, which is great for tourists. excellent value for money for large groups.These apartments are adequate considering value for money, however, they are not luxury apartments or 4*.
don't stay here if you are a group of rowdy foreigners! as a group of 11, we were incredibly careful to be quiet and respect house rules, however, it feels as if the owners have had problems in the past and would not be tolerant of any excess noise after 10pm. those who ignore the rules could find themselves out on the street!!
the area around the flat seemed to get very, very rough late at night. i wouldn't let this put other visitors off, but those considering staying in this area should be aware of the risks.
