NOU RAMBLA LOFTS
Situated in the centre of Barcelona, just off the Ramblas, these modern and stylish Loft Apartments are ideal for Couples, Small Groups, Business Visitors. Each Loft Apartment is a Duplex Apartment featuring an en-suite bedroom with double and single bed. Downstairs, there is an open-plan kitchen, dining table and chairs, TV/DVD, comfortable sofa-bed which can sleep one extra person.
The lofts have been meticulously designed to create a comfortable, stylish, modern home away from home.
For Visitors on Business: The Lofts are equipped with WiFi and so are suitable for business travellers visiting one of the many conferences in Barcelona. It is conveniently located a short taxi ride or metro ride from conference centre Fira Barcelona.
For Tourists, the location is ideal, there are popular bars and clubs a short walk away, the Ramblas is just metres away. the Gaudi architecture starts around the corner with the newly opened Palau Guell and the beaches which is a short walk from the apartments.

1- Payment only in cash, due on arrival.
2- Check in is after 14:00 / 2 pm, unless you arrange early check in by email.
3- For late arrivals there is a surcharge:
a. From 22:00 to 00:00 = 20 euros per apt
b. After 00:00 (midnight) = 30 euros per apt
c. After 02:00 AM = 50 euros per apt
4- Security Deposit: €200 RETURNED IN FULL AT CHECK-OUT
5- Standard Cleaning Fee: €25
6- MEETING POINT/KEY COLLECTION to be arranged in advance

Come può un cliente dall'aeroporto raggiungere l'hotel con mezzi pubblici?GIRONA BUS: Take Bus direct to Estacio del Nord Bus terminal. METRO: Take the red metro (L1) from ARC DE TRIOMF 2 stops to P. CATALUNYA, from there, change onto the green line (L3) and go to DRASSANES. (see below for WALKING directions)
TRAIN: Take Train to SANTS Station (Ryanair REUS Airport bus stop) METRO: Take the Green Metro (L3) to DRASSANES. WALK: Standing at the bottom of the Ramblas looking uphill (ie with your back to the sea), walk up along the left-hand-side until you reach Carrer Nou de la Rambla Street on the left. Walk down the Carrer Nou de la Rambla street for about 2 minutes until you reach no.76 on the right. Wait on the street outside the Police Station until you are met by a check-in agent.

Location is good.
Very noisy. appears to be the hangout for the local youths who are up in the early hours of the morning. walls very thin, it actually seems like there is someone in your apartment. can hear next door brushing their teeth in the morning its that thin. nothing mentioned about the 200 euro damage deposit required when collecting keys.Anonimo
