"Paris Stay"

A great experience. Superb location, nice clean room with all facilities and the gentleman who checked us in could not have been more courteous and helpful. Metro access outside the hotel. Top stay!!!

"Excellent location"

I cannot fault the location of this hotel. It was right next to the Metro and in a safe area. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The room itself was rather small but fine if you are spending a lot of time sightseeing. Take your own teabags as we were only given one and there was no milk. Our only issue was that we were situated in a lobby 'area' where three doors opened onto each other. Our fellow guests came home very late and got up at 6.a.m. and as we were in such close proximity we were disturbed more than once. I would stay here again but request a room that was in a quieter part of the hotel.Paris is very expensive and we soon realised that for eating out the Latin quarter has more choice and is much cheaper. We wish we had purchased tickets for the green bus as the red route is limited. The metro can be a little confusing I would check before you travel and print off a map. We looked for the end destination and although we had a few mishaps eventually worked out what we were doing.

"I don't recommend :|"

For this price I was expecting at least something average, but this hotel is way bellow... The rooms are not cleaned as the should be and "the decor" is old and dusty... There are plenty of better options in the area, don't make the mistake of booking this in the idea that is a romantic and friendly place to stay, because it isn't...

"Disappointed"

We booked this hotel based on what we saw and read on the internet. Upon arrival we were disappointed to find that our request for a double room turned out to be a twin. The room was small and dark, and the beds had plastic coverings which made for a uncomfortable sleep. Cigarette smoke was noticable coming from other rooms, and the cleaners had taken some small change left in the room along with some toiltries left in the bathroom. There was no milk for hot drinks, and replacement after the room clean were lacking.The location however was great, an easy walk to Arc De Triomphe along with local patissaries and restaurants. The staff were friendly and allowed us to leave our bags for the day after we had checked out.

"Nice Hotel in Great Location"

Check in was quick and easy. Staff were very helpful. The elevator only holds 3 people and was quite slow especially if you were on a higher floor. Rooms were quite small but the bathroom was terrific. The website photos were a little misleading. We had a superior double and although the view of the Arc de Triomphe was impressive the room was quite small. No room on the floor to open suitcases and still walk around. No dresser to put clothes in but a wardrobe closet. It came highly recommended from other friends and we enjoyed the bar fidge to cool our drinks but it has no microwave. Continental breakfast was adequate. Walking distance to Champs Elysee.

"Great Location"

This hotel has an awesome location!The room with view to the Arch of Triunf is not the best, because has to single beds put together.We decide to stay in the room with the couple bed. We love the hotel. Anything you need they will help you.

"2 nights in Paris"

I would recommend this hotel for it's great location, we used Eurostar into Gard Du Nord, the Paris Metro is so easy to understand, the RER took us to Charles De Gauille in no time, as we exited the metro at Ave Carnot, the hotel is directly in front of you as we turned round the Arc De Triomphe was behind us, amazing!!! Champs Elysee is just a short walk away. Staff were very friendly and spoke good english - we booked a triple room, which was quite small, but is was very well decorated and very clean. There are some nice bistros in the next street for food, not too expensive. I would definitely stay here again.

"I enjoyed out stay at the hotel"

Pros: I enjoyed out stay at the hotel. the staff was helpful when we needed anything. the rooms were clean and there was plenty of hot water for showers, a big plus compared to some of the hotels i stayed at. the location couldn't have been better, about 1 block from the arc de triumph and the champs elysees, and there's a great patiserie just down the street for breakfast.
Cons: The only thing that was somewhat annoying was the internet did not always work in the hotel room. a minor issue considering we spent most of our time site seeing.

Cons: I booked a superior double room however when i arrived we were given a basic twin room, they did move us to a slightly bigger double room. however the rooms are very dated and feel like they need a good dusting. the location is very good but that is the only good thing about this hotel. it's overpriced and feels like your going back in time and not in a good way!

Cons: Rooms are small and walls thin and lift very slow but acceptable - if used to "hotel chain" type rooms you might be surprised at the size and style but fairly typically parisien.
