Pros: Nice and basic.

Cons: They arrange us transportation from airport for 55 euro (as they mention in email). when we arrive the driver ask for 70 euro..the men in the lobby told us that this issue is between us to the driver and not his business even that i told him that the hotel arrange the car and told us the price.
another thing' in the confirmation mail they told us that cash will give us 5% disc.+save city tax. but after we pay (cash) they ask for city tax.
i must say that in the end we paid 60 euro to driver and didnt paid city tax but its wasnt fair and we need to convince them

Pros: Staff were excellent and helpful. easy to walk to most tourist sites. room was clean. really enjoyed our stay. quiet as well.

Pros: Good location, reasonably quiet, friendly staff.
Cons: The bed was too short for anyone taller than about 5'6". asked for another room with a longer bed, but all the rooms are small with short beds. my husband had to sleep diagonally. would not stay at this hotel again.

Pros: The so kind hotel staff, the clean fascilities and the fact that there was internet connection included in the price.
Cons: No hot water most of the days we stayed there - there is a general problem with the building probably that the hotel won't fix: when some other guest is taking a shower, the others just cannot get hot water. also, the hotel is pretty old, but that's something one can live with.

Pros: Fantastic location --very close to the colosseum and easy to walk to most of the sights and very close by cavour metro station.
staff were extremely friendly and helpful

Pros: The staff were superb. very knowledgable about the area and willing to assist with any request and all had a great sense of humour. they upgraded my room without me even asking - i had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. the hotel is very well placed for access to all the sites.
Cons: Air conditioning units outside the room i had on top floor for the first night were a little noisy.

the location was surprisingly great. in the heart and close to everything. breakfast was 'unlimited' so no need to worry about lunch...
Cons: Well... i'm not really happy to write it down, but because the total impression was good, i'm adding some negative too:
- milk for breakfast was bad 3 mornings out of total stay of 3 nights. but after letting them know they cahnged it.
room we booked turned out to be pretty small. next day we got a bigger one (as the hotel had a spare room)and no extra charge for it.

Pros: Rosa and the staff were great to deal with. location is nice, about 5-10 minutes walk to fontana de trevi and 5 minutes to the colosseum. will stay again, the included breakfast was a bonus! included reverse cycle air conditioning, heating and wi-fi downstairs in the cost of the hotel. very nice roof top garden area. the hotel has a lift also which is good for people with mobility concerns.
Cons: The quadruple room (42) had a sewerage smell in the toilet area. breakfast was good and generous quantities of food, drinks and condiments the only thing missing was a toaster.
