Pro: Ottima l'accoglienza e l'autonomia dell'ospite.
Contro: Mancanza del servizio di colazione all'interno della struttura

Pros: Staff were excellent and helpful regarding the surrounding area, transportation, and restaurant recommendations.
Cons: The internet connection was poor.

Pros: Maria & alex were lovely people, very helpful with lots of local info and recommendations. the hotel was in a good area for exploring rome and we were able to walk to all of the sights. the room was spotless and modern, the shower was amazing.
Cons: Although the hotel was situated in a quiter part of rome we found it difficult to sleep some nights because of noise outside. although we heard nothing from upstairs. guests next door could be heard clearly. rome is a very noisey city and if you are not used to city noise it could be a problem.

Pros: The room vas really pleasant, the bathroom was large and cleaned every day. guest can make free coffee and tee in the common room and drink it in their room.
Cons: The shower isn't easy to use, due to autovariation of coldness and only the little shower head works.
the breakfirst has to be taken in a coffee near to the hotel.

Pros: The staff were helpful in getting us oriented and recommended some good restaurants. the room was modern and stylish though the jacuzzi in the bedroom and the toilet with misty glass doors may not be suitable if you'e not too familiar with each other!

Pros: Great little place, clean, free in room internet, staff very nice.
Cons: A little difficult to find, just be aware that there are no external signs for the b&b.

Pros: The room was very clean and large. the laptop in the room was very convenient (with wifi), and the bed was comfortable. the room had a safe. there is communal room with a coffee machine, a refrigerator, and small stove.
Cons: Wrh trastevere is not really a b&b, which implies there is someone on site, or that you are staying in someone's home. it is more of a room in a large apartment. (rooms lock individually.) if you need assistance getting around the city, or don't know how to use one of the machines in your room (safe, phone, etc.), you can only ask staff in the morning when they come by for a while. it is not a good place for someone who needs assistance from hotel staff to navigate the city. that said, the facility itself is quite nice, and convenient for a more independent traveler.

Pros: Location over the road from trastevere bars and restaurants and easy walk to most other attractions.
free internet in room very handy.
dark shutters for a good sleep.
Cons: To "reduce stress" we paid for their meet and greet taxi as we were an evening arrival. taxi was fine, however the hotel staff didn't bother to meet and greet us at the hotel, leaving us standing on the street for 15 minutes not knowing what to do ! when he arrived there was no instant apology or anything said to us - he spoke to the taxi driver who fortunately helped us out with his phone. this seemed to cause some friction for the remainder of our stay with said staff member (who i won't name coz i'm quite nice really).
the breakfast provided via voucher over the road is pathetic - a croissant, hot drink + cold drink. at least the guy who served us was a very happy chappy and provided what the voucher stated with cheer.
shower door was broken, replaced by temporary curtain, and shower didn't drain at all so we couldn't have two in a row (room 4).

Pros: Very nice room, nice staff, everything worked properly, very good value for the money.
Cons: No, nothing

Pros: Franco, the manager was an excellent host. the room was very clean and just enough. the bathroom was a little small, so with the shower, but it was just fine.
Cons: The hotel is a little hidden, so it makes one nervous when they approach- we thought we got ripped off when we thought we couldn't find the place... but the hotel is a hidden gem inside a rough building for sure. our particular room was very cool, circular bed, which i loved, but some travelling as couples might find that too intimate, as well as the frosted glass bathroom door... which was a little see thru. this was fine for me and my husband, but maybe some travelling together haven't reached that comfort point yet.

Pros: The hotel staff were excellent! they were very informative and gave us good tips for travelling around the city. the hotel itself was imaculate. we were left to come and go as we pleased which was very comfortable. the room and bathroom were beautifully decorated and quiet,and the hotel well located just a short walk from some of the most beautiful streets in rome.
Cons: The only thing i would comment on was the lack of storage space in both the bedroom and bathroom. we had to use the single bed for storage of our clothes which would not be possible if 3 people were staying. also it would have been helpful to have a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries.
