 "Ravna Gora Hotel"
The hotel is very well communicated with metro and buses. Rooms are old and smallIncludes continental breakfast, very good breakfast.It is an excellent hotel considering the overall quality of british hotels

 "VERY NICE"
I was there two weeks ago with two friends and our stay was fine. the room was clean and the bathroom too. it was outside the room but we had a sink inside. the room had two big beds and it wasn't small, so it was confortable.in the last floor there are the renewed rooms with bathroom inside, I guess these rooms are better but our room was very good, although there wasn't bathroom. the hotel is very close to the Portobello market and it's very good situated to go to the center city by bus or tube, both transports are very fast.

 "Great location!"
Very nice location, very close to Holland Park Station. Average breakfast. Room is not WOW but not bad and fairly clean.

 "Poor security"
We arrived to be told that check in would be 2 hours later than stated. Which was ok for us as we were going out but they we not happy when came back later.When we arrive in our room it was a twin and not a double. Main issue was that the locks on the room were broken we could push the door open when locked. As a result no sleep. Informed staff next day and they told me it would be fixed that night. When I said that was not appropriate she threw another set of keys at me. New rooms seemed ok but when we got back that night the lock was broken and the screws were nearly coming out. Staff did not care. Not security at all. Good point was it was across from holland park tube and very close to notting hill gate.

 "Comfortable and well located"
It is a comfortable and well located, the rooms have multiple problems, from blown bulbs, the outlets that do not work, the bathroom tiles broken. The manager is very kind and sympathetic. Breakfast is a real disappointment, little variety, and was denied us more ham and toast. The location is very good for those who want to visit London and only use the hotel to sleep.

 "Ravna Gora 1 night stay"
Lovely location.well cared for. Fantastic breakfast.Issues: Poor staff presence, no intercom/phones in room, non-smoking room offered but other guest(s) or individual smoked all night and I couldn't sleep due to the cigarette smoke! Also came down to reception several times at night but couldn't find any staff to complain to.

 "Ravna Gora - no accommodation!"
I was very disappointed on arrival to find that our booking had not been forwarded, so there was no accommodation on offer at the Ravna Gora and so an alternative venue had to be found. Not a very pleasant experience, when one has traveled a distance to stay in London!

 "Short stay - London"
The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff friendly. I had a room with an en-suite bathroom which was modern and clean.They went the extra mile for me and allowed me to leave my bag with them for the weekend whilst I went to France, returning to the hotel late on the Monday night.Close to the tube and safe to walk around alone at night.

 "Sufficient"
The hotel was in a great location for me. Right along the central line on the tube. I could see the Holland Park station from the front of the hotel. The neighborhood was very nice as well with two Tescos, a Marks and Spencers and a Starbucks (among other things) within easy walking distance.I slept in a room without an ensuite bathroom and that's something I'll never do again. Falling asleep was exceptionally tricky. The key kept jamming in my lock. The light above the bed was broken so I had to rely on the light in the ceiling all through my stay. For some reason they'd crammed two single beds into a tiny single room and so there wasn't much in the way of floorspace. Also there was no closet in which to hang things. My window opened (barely) on to a semi-busy street and as there's a police station nearby, there were a lot of sirens going off through the night.The place was safe and clean though and the breakfast was served promptly (toast, tea, cornflakes, yogurt and a banana). I would stay again but in a room with an en suite bathroom this time.

 "The worst hotel/B&B I have ever stayed in."
Dear Sir/Madam,I am an ex-hotelier and therefore can criticise professionally.The greeting was vcery poor, as if they didn't want to speak to us.Every where was shabby, no tea making facilities, no cupboard and no hot water after 8am.Hairs in the bed, very old mattresses and pillows, dirty wall paper, etc etc.I think this hotel had recently or still does markets for dss or refugees which accounts for the very less than standard rooms.No cooked breakfast, just a very basiic continental - no choice : banana and yoghurt put on the table, glass of orange juice ( what do you do if you don't like this !!! ) 1 thin slice of the cheapest square ham & cheese-no flavour, 2 slices of very cold toast- no doubt cooked long before as it had gone rubbery !! with 1 small pat of butter & jam.Our tea pot had 2 tasteless tea bags, only enough for the 2 mugs supplied-when I asked for some more tea, the pot was just filled up with water and no extra tea bags !! as if they couldn't supply a fresh pot .The whole place was an utter shambles.Even some foreign builders who looked a bit on the rough side complained to me, as we met outside, that they didn't even bother staying for breakfast and would have booked into another hotel but their company had pre- paid -also they moaned about the rooms !!! It came of no surprise that each morning, up until about mid-day that the office was closed-they didn't want to see the customers checking out who no doubt were queing up for complaints.By far the worst hotel/B&B I have ever stayed in-knowing the 'hotel situation', I didn't waste my time complaining ! the owners/managers were russian/polish or of that type.I do hope you understand the 'set-up' there now and act accordingly;By not advertising this hotel on your website.It was so bad I regarded the whole affair as a joke-very embaressing to have stayed there and very sad as it was my wife's 30th birthday.The hotel does read ok so ofcourse- we and everyone else are taken in !!! Shame on them and shame on you if you don't take my advise - maybe you should check the hotels or if it is not financially viable, atleast give the hotels a strict questionaire to fill out describing everything honestly.Good luck and thank you for this opportunity to complain to you as i wouldn't waste my time with those monkeys !!I do look forward bto your comments.

 "Would not stay here"
it was so bad I can't even bring myself to talk about it.......!!!!! I was ment to get a breakfast, but no one was up....! The bedroom was so HOT and I could not turn it down...! I had to pay £10 extra for an ensuite and the shower did not work.. Should I go on. And all this cost me £76, now if I had paid £30 to £40 I would of expected this.I would never stay here again or tell anyone about it, it was a joke.. And it only has wi-fi in the bedroom nearest to the reception. It was rubbish Why will you not tell me submit this.? What more do you want the b&b was just so bad.!
