We paid only $47 per night including taxes for a king bed. The room was in decent shape (not the cleanest but acceptable), the location was great, bathrooms clean with hot water, the hosts were friendly, but there was no heat in the room. If we turned up the thermostat, then we would smell gas but not much heat. We didn't complain because we're low-maintenance and only needed a place to sleep. I would probably return but would make sure that the room has good heating. Not sure I would risk recommending it to a friend unless they are really low-maintenance.

Pros: The rooms were nice and comfortable, the location was great (walking distance to the starting point of lake tahoe cruises, and 5 minute ride to gondola cable car), and the rates were very competitive.
