Pro: Buona posizione, proprio al centro di manhattan e vicino alla fermata della metro. personale gentile e disponibile.
Contro: L'unica cosa è che la sala per la colazione è un mini stanzino con soli 3-4 tavolini piccoli... è quasi impossibile fare colazione lì, spesso ti devi prendere le cose ed andare a mangiare in camera. anche per quanto riguarda il cibo della colazione non c'è praticamente scelta, e ci sono dei cartelli che ti dicono che al massimo devi prendere 2 pezzi dolci a testa per colazione.

"Broadway Plaza recommendation"

This hotel was very clean awe received clean linens and towels each day of our stay. The rooms were fresh and clean with quality furnishings. Added bonus of being able to have breakfast from or in the small breakfast room each day included in the price of your room. Although the breakfast room was very small you have the opportunity to take your breakfast to your bedroom which we did. This made for an easy and leisurely start to the day. This hotel is in an ideal location within easy walking to most of the main toursit and sightseeing areas. Also near a subway if you don;t want to walk around. Lots of nice restaurants in the East village also a short walk away. Although there is no lounge in the we didn;t miss this given we were out and about all day. Reception staff and conceirge service was very good and all staff very helpful and pleasant at any time of the day. Woudl stay here again without hesitation.

"Breakfast"

We had a good stay in your hotel. The only thing that was not good was the space in your "breakfast" room. There is very little space and only 4 tables, witch in my opinion is not enough! I have no more remarks!

"Well done Broadway Plaza Hotel"

This hotel was more than sufficient for a stay in the heart of Manhattan and I would recommend it to anyone. It had an old world charm about it as well and the welcome touches of uniformed bell men and porters on hand and polite reception staff. The location was excellent with it only being a 2 minute walk to 5th Avenue and not much longer to the Empire State Building... the room we had was high up provided a very quite and peaceful stay, especially after two long and arduous flights which were badly delayed and coming from Australia. The decor was pleasant and the ammenities more than sufficient. The staff were pleasant and professional. The value for money was what you would expect in this location. The only negatives were pretty minor being; the elevator was rather tired with some longer than normal waits, I prefer to pay upfront at the time of booking rather than sometimes annoying authorisations and the breakfast room on the 2nd floor was a little bit small and crowded in the mornings..and could have had a little more variety food wise. However, this is being picky and would certainly not stand in my way of booking a room here again.

"Good Value Hotel"

Good location. The service staff were helpful and friendly. Room really too small for 2 double sized twin beds, making it difficult to move around. Otherwise clean and comfortable, with large bathroom..

Pros: Rooms were large and very clean with good views of the empire state building. bed linen changed every day and the staff were very helpful and pleasant.hotel was in a great location in mid town: central park to the north was walkable and the financial district to the south walkable. metro system very accessable from the hotel 2 min walk. if i ever go back the plaza will be the hotel for me. the 4 bed bedroom was very reasonable for a family which is just a little dearer than a 2 bed room. a+ stay.
Cons: No negatives at all.

"The room was clean, quiet"

Pros: The room was clean, quiet. the a/c ran at a uniform clip allowing us to sleep soundly. good central location.
Cons: The service was just okay. the first day there, the maid took all our toiletries and left nothing in their place in our room. after calling, we managed to get them to give us some soap to wash with. the breakfast was just a checklist item and not really very edible or credible as breakfast. the room was smallish and the window was very small. the spring mattress we had was very bouncy and after just a night's sleep, both of us had back issues starting up.

Pros: I was upgraded to a junior suite upon check in, and my room had a stunning view of the empire state building. my room was very quiet and very comfortable.
Cons: Although i prepaid for my room, the hotel charged a $100 security deposit when i checked in. i didn't like that.

Cons: The people staying next door had a domestic dispute ( physical and verbal), i asked reception to come up and it took them over an hour; meanwhile my husband and i were not able to go back to sleep after hearing almost 3 hrs of argueing and fights! and when i called reception the guy was very rude and said that if i was so annoyed by the fight i ahouldve called the police myself! would never stay here again!!!! and wouldn't recommend not even my worst enemy to spend a penny on this hotel
