This position can be both fulltime and parttime (weekend and evening) and is located in our office in Amsterdam-city center. You report directly to the Reservations Manager.

Job description
As a Reservations Agent you are responsible for the handling of reservations requests. You are an intermediary between our customers and the hotels.

Tasks

• Handling of reservations requests;
• Answer e-mails of customers and hotel suppliers;
• Answer telephone calls of customers and hotel suppliers;
• Assist customers and hotel suppliers via our online live person chat;
• Take care of hotel website and amendments of availability, rates and special offers;
• Take care of good contacts with hotels in order to secure up to date information;
• Take care of internal and external contacts;
• Settle complaints of customers and hotel suppliers;


Our ideal candidate: • is at least a MBO graduate (MHS is a pre) ;
• has excellent communication and administration skills ;
• has a good knowledge of the English language and speaks either Italian or Spanish fluently (native speaker)
• has experience with internet and the hotel industry ;
• has excellent computer skills (MS office);
