Pros: I was more than pleasantly surprised with my stay at this hotel. i travel often, and have spent my money on expensive 5 star hotels for nothing, since i am out and about and am barely in my room. i opted for a thriftier option this time and decided to stay at a 3 star. the reception area is quite handsome, modern, and tastefully decorated. the room was huge, super comfortable, and very nice. the bathroom tile floor was heated :-) the hotel staff was wonderfully friendly and extremely helpful. the complimentary breakfast was quite good. would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Pros: Free cookies and champagne at the front desk, easy to use wifi, heated floor in the bathroom, free double upgrade, plenty of parking spaces, excellent location for the u1/u2,s-bahn as well as walking to the 1st district, breakfast available very early in the morning, staff spoke excellent english and were very pleasant to talk to.
Cons: Too much canned fruit at breakfast - more fresh fruit please.
