Description
Comfortable and stylish self-catering apartments located a short distance from Las Ramblas at Barcelona’s Old Town and conveniently situated for the Paseo de Gracia, El Borne in the Gothic Quarter, by the Cathedral.
The apartments provide a fantastic base for your stay and offer the independence and privacy that conventional hotels do not. Whether staying for a couple of days, weeks or months, you can work, explore the city or simply relax as if you were at home.
The area is well served by public transport (you are in the most centre of Barcelona), the Plaza Catalunya and Liceo metro station is short distances away and there are also numerous bus routes and taxi stops. We offer 3 types of apartments:
- 3 rooms + 1 kitchen + 2 bathrooms. (up to 8 people).
- 2 rooms + 1 kitchen + 2 bathrooms + 1 living room (up to 6 people).
All of the apartments are very new and totally furnished as your own house.
IMPORTANT NOTE: At check-in there is a deposit charge of €300 which is handed back after departure when we have checked that everything is in a reasonable state.
KEY PICK-UP PROCESS: The keys to the apartment, a map of how to arrive, and a map of Barcelona are delivered at Boutique Hotel Barcelona, located at Pau Claris, 145, ent. 1. It is open 24 hours.

Die zimmer befinden sich in ausgezeichneter lage, um barcelona zu
erkunden.bei belegung mit mehreren personen ist der preis für die
zentrale lage vollkommen in ordnung.
das appartment war sehr sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. es gab
sogar wandbilder zum austauschen nach individuellem einrichtungs-
geschmack.zwar war der ausblick aus allen fenstern der eines sehr
tristen- aber auch sehr sauberen- hinterhofes, dafür gab es aber keinerlei verkehrsgeräusche von der doch recht belebten straße vorne.

Um die zimmerschlüssel zu bekommen mußten wir nochmals über einen kilometer zu einer anderen adresse gehen. dies war aus den reiseunterlagen nicht ersichtlich. zum glück hat uns eine hausbewohnerin die tür geöffnet - denn ein schild das sich um ein hotel handelt ist nirdwo ersichtlich. ferse-bzw. radioprogramm funktioniert nicht da kein antennenkabel vorhanden war. die vorhandene waschmaschine lief über die ganze zeit und wurde dann schließlich von uns ausgeschaltet. Fantastic experience with perfect central location and excellent public transport links.Even with a postal address the taxi driver found it very difficult to locate the hotel to collect the apartment key.Walsh

The apartment size is good and comfortable for our group of 16ppl. we booked 2 x 3-room apartments. nice to have the kitchen plus 2 washrooms per apartment. hotel reception very friendly, helpful and understanding. we had to check in early after getting off the cruise at 7:30am; although reception was not informed of our early arrival, they were very willing to help us get settled in as early as possible.We found bugs (silverfish) in sofabed so we couldn't sleep on the sofa bed and we had to fit a total of 4ppl onto 2 twin beds. you should really clean those sofabeds if they are meant for ppl to sit and sleep on. soap dispensers were empty. very minimal toilet paper in each apartment to use. more (extra) towels would have been nice. we were not sure where to dispose of our garbage bags once they were full.Giorgio

The apartment was huge enough, we had an air-condition, the location was very good, in the heart of the city and close to the beach. the staff at the hotel where we picked up the keys was very friendly. location couldn't be better. all important area's are close by and on walking distance. also it is very spacious and has 2 bath rooms with is great when you are with a larger group of friends.NoneRead

Close to las ramblas, shops and restuarantsArangements for getting keys is unacceptable. won't recommend to friends. apartment a bit disappointing. web page made appartments look very luxurious. bathrooms had no ventilation and were smelly.
