The Sagrada Familia Apartments are refurbished apartments in the centre of Barcelona in the heart of the Eixample neighbourhood. The building is from the 19th Century totally renovated with elevator, air conditioning and central heating. It is the classical building from the Modernist area of Barcelona just by the Sagrada Familia and very close to Las Ramblas and Paseo the Gracia. Surrounding the apartments you will find plenty of bars and restaurants as well as tapas bars typical from Barcelona.
Each apartment has 3 rooms, one living room together with the kitchen and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels are provided as well. The kitchen is complete with everything that you need to cook breakfast, lunches or dinners. Two of the rooms have very nice balconies to the street.
IMPORTANT NOTE: At check-in there is a deposit charge of €300 which is handed back after departure when we have checked that everything is in a reasonable state.
KEY PICK-UP PROCESS: We deliver the keys to the apartment, together with a map showing how to arrive and a map of Barcelona, at Boutique Hotel Barcelona, located at Pau Claris, 145, ent. 1. It is open 24 hours.

ホテルへ行くにはどうすればいいですか？At a few steps distance there are metro stops (subway) and bus stops. The closest metro stops are 'Verdaguer' and 'Sagrada Familia'.
Also plenty of taxis are available 24 hours on the streets, because of the location.

Comfortable family apt. within easy reach of metro and a local supermarket.
Only that the inventory was not sufficient for 6 persons. i informed our contact at boutique hotel, who promised attention the following morning, but our requirements were never fulfilled. however, since our stay was short,i did not pursue the matter, but i will be e-mailing my thoughts on how the apt. could be improved.16 Apr 08

The website pictures are not photographs of the apartment.
the three balconies have string tied all across them to create makeshift washing lines.
when we arrived, the washing machine was full of wet sheets and bedding and there was further bedding hanging out to dry.
when we arrived there was neither soap nor toilet tissue in the apartment.
the website description says that the apartment can sleep eight “comfortably”. this is simply not so.
there is no toaster in the apartment.

Everyone was so helpful and spoke english. facilities were terrific. felt very comfortable staying as group. restaruants were great. location couldn't have been better. i was given a guide book and map when i checked in.--15 May 08
The staff, the location, the apartment and barcelona were all excellent. we had a fantastic stay.Our tv didnt have enought german channels.15 May 08
