NoneWebsite stated that breakfast was included in price. it was not and cost extra 30 euro. lack of security, car next to me was broken into, leaving glass lying all around my car. staff didn't even clear up glass, i had to go and request brush and do it myself. non-helpful staff.
no lift - not very convenient for families with small enfants. no baby cot - requested in booking. overall, would not stay in hotel if you paid me. ps also had to pay additional cost to book in early - was not informed of this at time of booking! overall was ripped off!匿名
