Unsere beschwerde, dass das zimmer viel zu laut ist, weil es direkt über einem nachtclub liegt hat dazu geführt, dass wir in ein zimmer ziehen konnten, dass den fotos auf ihrer webseite entsprach
Bei unserer ankunft sind wir in ein zimmer einquartiert worden, das so klein war, dass einer über das bett steigen mußte, um sich hinzulegen. unser gepäck hat den minimalen bewegungsspielraum im zimmer soweit reduziert, dass immer nur einer an seinen koffer gelangen konnte. das zimmer lag direkt über einem nachtclub, der lärm bis 3 uhr in der früh ist auch durch das geschlossene fenster gedrungen. das zimmer entsprach in keiner weise denen, die auf der webseite zu sehen waren.Karl

Der vom hotel 7 tage in der woche angebotene nightclub entpuppte sich leider als diskothek, wodurch wir in unserem zimmer bis 04:00 uhr morgens (trotz geschlossener fenster) durch sehr sehr laute musik gestört wurden!!! 匿名

Very friendly staff and very willing to help out. good lunchtime restaurant, excellently pricedThe hotel has a night club situated within it which takes over the restaurant /bar area every night of the week. it is incredibly noisy and a great deal of work needs to be done otherwise it is impossible to get to sleep.匿名

Bed was very comfortableNo instructions for anything in the room - we could not work tv. we did not know there was air con until we left.
there were no instructions for evacuation in case of fire and the fire alarm went off during the night (only for a few seconds, long enough to wake us but not to evacuate)
our room was situated immediately over a night club which was very noisy until 4am.had to move sofa to be able to open window, but it was too noisy to keep it open.
tiles were falling off wall of bathroom, tap was loose, toilet seat and toilet roll holder were broken.
we did leave list of complaints at reception which we were assured would be given to the manager who was not there when we checked out Luisetti Monica

It is near to the city centre and the tourist information.

This isnt goinf to take look. the location was good, the breakfast was acceptableLeft was disgusting, rooms were disgusting - shower moulder, bath's paint off, showerr didnt work proply. window didnt close, therefore heard every bit of the nightclub. it was a horrible stay and i will never use your website again or indeed stay in this hotel. would recommend to no oneBrugada Marín

Soy una persona joven y me gustó que hubiera una discoteca en el hotel, pero este detalle no lo vi reflejado en la página web y puede que otra persona que busque tranquilidad lo encuentre demasiado ruidoso. no se notaba mucho el ruido pero puede que hubiera demasiada gente por la noche. la gente del hotel fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo momento.匿名

Arrivée le 19/10, départ le 22/10/08 pour un couple et arrivée le 19/10, départ le 20/10/08 pour un célibataire.la proximité du centre ville est le seul point positif du séjour.Bruits la nuit à compter de minuit occasionnés par le night club situé sous les chambres minuscules. le sanitaire serait à restaurer.
