Cons: Internet service was at a cost, where the other hotels we stayed at were free of charge. we continually received incorrect directions from hotel staff. the hotel does not provide access to the beach, so we had to use another hotel's access to the beach.

Pros: Very nice hotel and incredibly well located! so close to the beach and the old town. the main shopping street and main bus terminal were each within a few minutes walk too. 1 euro (each way) was all it cost for us to get to monaco, menton, and eze village by bus! didn't get to cannes but it would no doubt cost the same. incredible value and they're fast and frequent.
staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful and the room was large and very clean. staying at the park was one of the most pleasant holiday experiences we've had!
