Pros: Our room was very clean, and cute. the hotel in general was clean and attractive and well located. we plan on going back.
Cons: Parking is awkward and expensive, the hannong did validate a 30% reduction. the breakfast buffet looked nice but was quite expensive at 14€ per person. the bathroom was adequate but small.

Pros: The staff was very polite, helpful, and and quick to help us. we were very pleased with our room. we enjoyed strasbourg and the hotel hannong made it easy to enjoy.
Cons: We would have liked better information about restaurants.
