Cons: When i checked out, i was automatically charged 30 euros per day for the breakfast which i never had. i told the concierge that this was impossible (they charged me breakfast the day i checked in, when i only arrived at 2pm). she immediately removed the charges (150 euro total). this mistake should never have been made.
