Pros: The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. they are one of the two reasons to go back to this hotel. the other factor is location.
Cons: The room was rather cramped, with little more than basic bed-space. the breakfast was not particularly good.

Pros: It is ideally located on the left bank and was good for access by rer from gare du nord; the luxembourg gardens were also just round the corner. it was a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of paris. the hotel was in the middle of a busy and tourisy area but was very quiet and a good night's sleep was guaranteed. therre was an abundance of shopping; sightseeing and restaurants within close proximity and the staff were both cheerful and helpful. the room was spotlessly clean and had a security safe for personal belongings. i would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay in paris.
Cons: There was no refrigerator and the weather was very hot so it was not possible to keep cold drinks cool. the room was adequate but small and at times it was difficult for two people to move around at the same time.

Pros: The hotel is situated in a historic part of the city and was a 5 minute walk to notre dame, sorbonne, st germain bvd. most of the staff were helpful.
Cons: Veronique at reception was rude, surly and dismissive. unfortunately we had to deal with her for 2 days and nearly checked out due to her attitude. the rooms are extremely small with a double bed and about not really much room to put a suitcase on the floor.

Pros: Wonderful location, quick and easy check in and out. the room was small but had everything i needed and a spacious bathroom. i have stayed here before and will stay again.the air con was very efficient.
