I stayed 3 nights in Paris and received a very clean and modern room in the centre of Paris.The staff was overall realy friendly and supportful.Rooms clean, but definitively too small if you need to stay inside the hotel because of rain.If you want to have a comfortable sleep at nights and a modern bath and chamber, you are absolutely right in Hotel Gotty Opera

Pros: Nicely refurbished room, warm, clean and quiet with good quality furniture and decor. clean modern bathroom.
Cons: The hotel has scaffolding up the front of it which does nothing for it's first impressions. the reception was also a bit dismal.

Pros: The staff were wonderful and helpful and the rooms were lovely and clean.
Cons: The renovations going on meant we opened our curtains to a man on the scaffolding outside, the stairs were poorly lit and we had no hot water on our first morning there. still a good stay though

Pros: Very helpful staff. not the management. rooms are nice, halfway remodeled.
Cons: Internet off for 3 days because owner didn't pay bills and didn't reach an agreement with provider; no air conditioner; doesn't disclaim whole hotel is going through renovations and is practically a construction site. to boot, no available adapters for international plugs, standard and cheap item for business friendly hotels. owner obviously a scrooge!

Pros: The staff are very friendly and helpful. the hotel gotty opera is under renovation, however we did not experience any noise or discomfort during our stay which was on the 6th floor in a newly renovated room which boasted a mounted flat screen tv, excellent furnishings and beautifull bathroom. i would recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to visit paris and stay in a good hotel/location.
Cons: On first impressions the reception/stairway looks a little tired, however this will be changed shortly as part of the renovation so dont be put off.

Cons: On arrival (10pm) there were two couples in reception who had already been there for two hours, trying to sort out their reservation. this was worrying due to the time of night and we had to wait an hour before getting the key to our room. no mention was given about the facilities i.e breakfast and only on checkout was i asked to pay 15 euros day per person, i thought from your website that this was included. i was also requested to pay 1 euro each per day for local tax, not alot of money but again something i thought was included in the total price. i would be grateful to get your comments on this as the total price quoted on your website was not infact the total price paid, this would make me very wary about booking with you again.
