"Nice Hotel - in need of a little more maintainance"

Its a nice small Hotel in a good location, nearby Rue des Martyrs has some nice little food shops. My room had a rather aggressive air conditioning, but the staff were helpful and finally managed to adjust it for me to a more comfortable level. The public areas looked as if they could use a make over and the breakfast was below average and not worth paying the extra - better to go out for something in the locality

Pros: Within walking distance to the gard de nord the hotel was very nice we had a junior suite which was very good for my husband daughter and myself. thought the robes and slipper was a touch the bathroom was excellent really enjoyed staying at the hotel

Pros: The staff were excellent and the hotel is in a wonderful location, central to most of the paris attractions.
Cons: On the last morning, there was no hot water and we had to shower in freezing cold water.
apparently, the hotel had an issue with its' hot water supply.
no discount was offered despite a request.

Pros: The room was clean and quiet
Cons: I booked the room because the website said they had a workout exercise room. the hotel had this room closed so it was out of use and i was disappointed. they told me they would find another gym to accommodate me, but they never followed through on it. they were polite but they did not do their job as the promise was just a vague way of putting me off. the hotel lies on their site and in no way offered me an alternative, if i did not book on line i would have not stayed at this hotel for the duration that i did. shame on them for being deceptive. i had tried 3 times at the front desk to resolve this matter about use of the gym but to no avail. this point may be trivial to some, but not to me. i take a person or business at their word. i cannot recommend this hotel because of this nor will i stay there again.

Pros: The hotel is located in a good area, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. standard room is of adequate size, and pleasantly decorated. the bed was very comfortable and room clean. street view was good, but not noisy. the hotel is easily accessed by metro, which is only metres away, and hotel signage highly visible.

Pros: The staff was very professional and helpful! it was nice to have such a young staff who was able to speak so many different languages! the location of the hotel was excellent and we didn't eve used all our metro tickets as it was really closed to all places we wanted to visit. we like to try different hotels when we travel, but we will surely consider going to jules and have another chat with christophe, who's family live in belgium!

Because Hotel Jules has so many rooms, you have plenty of options to choose from. You can expect a memorable stay here thanks to the 4-star rating. When you do not want to come by car, coming by public transport is easy via nearby Notre-Dame-de-Lorette metro station. This accommodation is close to Saint Vincent de Paul church. Louvre and Centre Pompidou are museums in Paris not to be missed. Opera National draws many visitors to Paris for special events in the area.
