Hotel Malte Opera パリ    

it is a very small hotel with very small rooms and very unfriendly staff. the only good part of this hotel is the location.

Pros: Very nice location and fine service
Cons: We booked to single rooms, but they have given os one room, and the manager claimed that it was not there mistake. so one night i had to spend with my college - that are the opposite sex!

Pros: The location is brilliant and the staff were in general very nice.
Cons: Their pipes make terrible noise at night and the main lift was broken most of the time.

Pros: The hotel is great. 5 minutes walking from the "burse" metro, in a quiet side street. the rooms are very clean and cosy- you dont need more. the bathroom is clean and there is warm water all day long. the staff at the reception were nice and very helpful.the location of the hotel is great- not scarry to walk late at night. there are bars, cafe's and restaurants close by and a late night minimarket. we enjoyed the stay very much and come again for sure.
Cons: The breakfast price is expensive 15 euro per person.

close to public transport which made the trip very easy.
Cons: The lady at reception wasn't local so couldn't help us with any information on sights, directions etc

Pros: Overall, the hotel was nicely decorated and extremely clean. the lobbies were very stylish and the bathrooms were up to date. plasma tv's were a nice touch.
Cons: The first night we were stuck in a horrible room with zero view literally and the room was divided into two parts with two windows around a shaft so you could only look at your other window. the hallway to the bathroom was tortuous and narrow. it was a very awkward space. when i mentioned to the concierge i was unhappy with my room she seemed to have expected a complaint and promptly assured me we would be switched to a better room the following day - no arguments at all. i think one thing they could have done though is told us from the get-go that we would be switched, but perhaps they were hoping we wouldn't complain so they could fill that room. other than that problem, which was promptly addressed, the only other thing that could be better is free wifi. 9 euros per day is exorbitant. other than that we had a very pleasant stay. the hotel was stylish, very clean, and was in a great location for seeing the sights of paris. we even had a chance to enjoy the nearby japanese quarter where we ate a couple of times. the next question is not written well. we would recommend it for young families, honeymooners on a budget, as well as couples romantics on a budget, young singles too not those on the party tour of europe - it's not a spring break type of hotel, business travellers who can expense account wifi charges - but there is no business centre and the printer was broken so it would depend on what one needed to conduct business.
