Hotel De Geneve パリ    

Hotel is well located, cafes and restaurants around. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Breakfast and room were ok. First time I have stayed in a hotel where it is warm at night! Room on the street was a bit noisy but it is Paris!Would recommend this hotel and would stay in it again.

Stay was good. Staff were EXCELLENT. Accommodation comfortable and good for the price that we paid. One night I had disturbed sleep at 12.15 am for 15 minutes but couldn't really identify where the noise was coming from so didn't complain. But apart from that theroom and stay was what we had expected for the price that we paid for the hotel.The staff were very very helpful, very pleasant (all of them) and also let us leave our luggage for the day until our train back in the afternoon. We stayed here overnight as part of a two day trip to Paris and were very pleased with the hotel. Although the room was not that spacious it was fine for putting our heads down overnight and the staff were very pleasant. The bed was comfortable, and the shower decent. The hotel is just across the road from the St Lazare station which is useful but was not noisy. The only criticism would be the pillows which were typically French - far too soft - but I would recommend this hotel for any one on a short trip.

The location was really good. + / - 2.2 km from Eiffel Tower. and was also close from another location eg louvre museum. The breakfast was simple but was nice. The service was really good. The front desk is friendly and gives good advice for tours and other information. If I go to Paris again, I will stay at this hotel again.

It's an avarage and nice hotel but the location is very good- 50m to St Lazair Station (metro to Champs Elysee - 7 min), etc. I think that the best price for this hotel could be 50 euro /night........

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We were pleased with everything, our room and bathroom were clean. We were given fresh towels each day and the shower was amazing! Great to come back after a day exploring Paris to a warm, powerful shower. We were lucky that our room faced out towards the street so we could open our windows and enjoy the atmosphere of the city. Breakfast was tasty, there were choices of bread, cheese, cereals, yogurts, tea, coffee, orange juice, apple juice etc..... Although it was nice to have bread and cheese, we thought it was a wee bit pricey for what it was. We had to pay €8 each every day. The hotel arranged a shuttle bus for our return to the airport at a price of €17 each. This was good value and also took the stress of us, as the train stations are hectic!! All in all, a great stay! I definitely would return.

The location was really good and ,at first we were impressed with the hotel, the reception manager was very informative and helpful, the night porter not so good, the room at first glance looked ok, until we noticed that there appeared to be a film of grease on the ceiling which had many dead flies stuck to it. The room was also very basic and i expected a little more for the money we paid. On the morning of our departure we left our luggage ( 1 trolley) with the hotel, and were going to pick it up on our return before heading off to the station, I realized that I had left my raincoat in the wardrobe and when I got back I asked the receptionist to collect it for me, we had already paid , she said there was no coat there and asked a couple of members of staff if they had seen it, no one had it seemed, so I was told that they had no reason to disbelieve their staff, the next few minutes were awkward and I had to leave the hotel minus a coat, I then had to travel the rest of my holiday with no coat. I would like someone to get back to me about this as to what I may do about it. Kind regards Jennifer Insell

Suited our purpose perfectly. Rooms slightly dated but clean and staff very helpful. Great for the money.

The best thing about this hotel is that you can see the Eiffel Tower right outside your window.The location is great! Near two metro stations.The staff is very helpful and friendly!

The view throw the window was so bad,the mini bar wasn't work and the shower room is too small.We booked room with balcony as showen in hotel website but we found out the room has window not balcony

On first arrival the foyer is nice and the staff were very helpful, the lift is quite small and by that I mean 1 person and 1 bag at a time which can be annoying but at least there is one available. The rooms were decent size and the beds were comfortable the bathroom was a little small and the toilet was in the way of the shower door. Wifi would cut out and I would have to reconnect and re-login frequently which was annoying but the service was very helpful.Overall I was happy with what I paid for and would stay there again.

The hotes is located near busy street.The room was very small and we couldn't find much space for our clothing and other things.The staff are very kindly.We could let our luggage in special room in hotel before we left the Paris.

I was thrilled to have a room in central Paris (close to the Opera House) for 2 nights at about €130! The only downside was that I had extended a business trip which meant I came here from a 5* hotel and the difference was huge. But I do say this with a smile as I believe that Hotel de Geneve was value for my money with my small budget!The hotel room was very small. It only just about accommodated the queen size bed! But the bed was comfortable. :) We were in Room 10 and its bedroom window overlooks the hotel's canope over its front door. The weather was unbelievably warm this week so with no aircon we tended to sleep with the window open and the merry sounds from the restaurant below would carry its cheer up to us - though this was only the one evening when I had a late afternoon nap - our sleep at night was never disturbed! We were out and about a lot - hardly ever in our room (which is how it should be!!!) and for our purposes the room was ideal. Simple, neat, unpretentious and the staff, when greeted with smiles and respect ,treated you in kind. Our belongings remained safe and the room tidied during our absence. The only downside is that the walls are paper thin. While I waited for my fiance to return from the shops, I was a bit freaked out by the neighbouring guest who spent 25 mins clipping his toenails. Oi vey!So yeah.... sexy time might be a little hampered ..... ha ha ha

Service was ok, but we didn't have breakfastThere was some water in the bathroom/WC, because the WC was leakyRoom was in the backyard, therefore still quite but some bad smell

Well situated. Good communication near Gare St Lazard. Promenade from the river Seine took about 20 minutes. Nice shopping and good restaurants just round the corner.

Friendly staff, good service, good size room and fairly clean. Good location for Montmartre and Galleries Lafayette and the Theatres.
