Hotel Palym Paris  

A well run hotel near the Gare de Lyon. This means you can transfer from CDG on the Air France Car (No 4) and walk 100m to the hotel easily. The street is not noisy and our room at the front on the 6th floor was quiet. It is close to Bastille and Arts Viaduct (Promenade de Plantes). We used the Velib from one of the 3 access points at the station and they're a great way to get around. Only two negatives: the wireless network could be more stable and the lift is slow at busy times.

Location was very good.I can't understand Wi-fi system, but almost good!Reception is opend 24 hours.

Cons: Down side was that there was mosquitos in the bedroom and my husband and i was bitten by it.perhaps need to put some protection in all rooms to stop these from being a nuisance to guests.

Pros: Great location, free internet connection with our own laptop,the bed were very comfortable,the night staff was very kind and quick to open the door for us at 2am after we watched a late show.
Cons: The sheets were clean, but the blanket on the top had some stain, but not a lot.

Pros: As the hotel is situated near gare du lyon it is perfect as a base for visiting paris. it offers clean rooms and courteous staff at a reasonable price.
