The room was poorly clean with dust balls under beds and corners. light buklbs blown out. Shower doors kept falling off track. Dusty floor hardwood floors. Noisy ceiling from people walking above. Breakfast was not worth the pice as it was overcooked and eggs felt like pwder. The photos on the website did not match the actual rroom. It was a very dull looking room.

For a 1 night stay it was o.k. but for longer then that, I wouldn't recommend it. First, at whatever time you arrive; if it's before 3h00, they won't even prepare your reservation nothing... You have to wait at 3h00 to go to the reception and for them to enter in their system that you are there... There is NO restaurant, so if you arrive before 3h00... you have to go to the little town of Bercy, with your luggage etc to have a bite... When you arrive from a flight and it's 2h00 p.m.... that's not exactly what you really want to do. The first room we got had absolutely no air conditioning... the clerk didn't seem to be too anxious to help out, but the Manager who was at the reception overseeing everything stepped in and we were changed of room... In there, there was air conditioning... but when we wanted to recharge our camera, cell phone etc... noticed that only 1 plugs were functioning... even the light in the living room wasn't working. Many hotels who doesn't have a restaurant will affiliate themselves with another hotel close-by to accommodate people, but this one didn't... so we had to always go out, walking distance, to Bercy... for lunch, dinner or breakfast... not convenient if it's raining. So if you are there for only 1 night... yes I recommend it... but if you are thinking of staying there for a longer stay, you may want to look somewhere else, unless you don't mind having to go out all the time and don't need more then 1 plug to recharge something.

We arrived at this hotel after a long day of travel. The entryway was dirty. We checked in and went to our room. It was spacious with two bedrooms and a living room area. The room had been recently smoked in and the odor was very strong. The windows would not open and the ventilation was very poor. We called the front desk and they came up and sprayed the room with deodorant, but had no other rooms available. Even though it was cool outside, the room was hot and the ventilation system would not cool the room. We had two bathrooms and the shower in one was unusable due to the flex hose going to the shower head being broken. The one in the other shower was usable, but had the same problem. We made two local calls, one that went to a voice mail, and the other was less than a minute long. We were charged 6 Euro each for the calls. The wireless internet worked well and the location was good for a morning departure from CDG. There are a number of other hotels in the vicinity, and we will definitely try a different one in the future.

Nice big rooms with good features such as electric blinds, nice bath, good shower. The bedrooms were a good distance apart - not necessarily good with young chikdren in them.The shuttle service was decent from the airport, to catch trains to paris.The tv channels are virtually non-existent for english speakers.The kitchenette is a microwave and hob. But there is nothing supplied until you ask, and then it takes the staff a while to conjur up some plastic cutlery with small plates and bowls. I asked about parking a car and was told it was not a problem. Then when I came to park the car I was told it was 12 euros a day. There's coffee and pastries put out in the lobby for guests from 10am. This was consistent with the service - all half measures, as there was no milk and the pastries were left uncovered so was not inviting through the swarm of flies.I would have recommended the rooms themselves.

Pros: Couldnt ask for a better room

Pros: The friendly staff was quick to find another room when the keys to the first one didn't work properly. extra towels and a tv remote were also promptly provided when requested.

Cons: Broken safe, broken bathroom door, key not work a couple times

Cons: We did an 18 day trip to france. we scheduled this hotel for our final night before flying back to the us because of its stated amenities and close proximity to cdg. we were looking for a relaxing night before our long flight back to california. we didn't get it! while the room was nicely designed, the automatic shade in the living room did not work. there was no instruction in the room for operating the tv or how to access the internet. my wife called the front desk twice to learn how to access the internet and finally had to go down to the desk where she was able to get the written instructions (this should have been in the room!). we called the front desk to ask for additional soap (there was only one little bottle and no hand soap) and we also told them the auto shade was broken - could someone come to fix it and bring some soap. we left for dinner and upon our return, neither request was filled. we call again and the bellman came and fixed the auto shade. my spouse had to go down to the desk to get the soap. now the tv doesn't work! the bellman checked it and said the remote needed new batteries. he took it and brought it back in a few minutes and said we needed to enter the correct code to get the tv to respond. he showed us how to do this. a code to enter for access to a tv? i have never encountered this before and have stayed in hotels all over the world! now the the very worst part of this experience was the fact the ac did not work!! again, we have the bellman check it and he says it was working. since the windows don't open, we try to sleep in a room with no air movement or cooling what so ever. my personal thermometer said the room was 78 degrees (f). we slept with no covering and were hot and uncomfortable all night long. we paid $155euros for a very poor experience. we relayed our complaints to the desk clerk on checkout and his response was "i will tell the manager about your complaints." i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros: They were very accomodating when we made a request to change rooms. the rooms were very nice also.

Cons: Location was not too suitable for city visits but for buisiness is ok.

Pros: Location was fine with many places to eat and see also an informative tourism office nearby. hotel staff where fun and capable of assisting guests with any inquiry.
Cons: Breakfast was small and over priced for all that was offered.

Cons: Lack of enough cups and drinking glasses in the room

Pros: Excellent hotel will stay again
Cons: Breakfast was untidy with many dishes unstocked and shortage of some options coffee was cold and stewed

Pros: The suite is pleasant, spacious and clean. we enjoyed it very much.
Cons: The only unusual thing is that the curtain for the glass window of the bathroom is fitted outside (not inside) the bathroom! you have no control of the privacy if sharing with other people.
