Pros: Excellent location, close to all transport, eateries, entertainment.
Cons: Yes. we were told there was no problem with a late checkout (1700hours)so we went to another museum and church and returned at 1600 to find they had packed our bags and put them out in the corridor because they had made a mistake and a new client was coming. they said they had texted me at 1230. as mobile phones are not allowed on in museums or churches i did not get the message.

Pros: Good location in latin quarter nr notre dame
Cons: Communications by phone/email with hotel very difficult re our late arrival time. would not accept credit card. noisy at night due to location in restaurant/nightclub area.

Cons: The contact with the owner..emailed me beforehand but never answer to my questions.. phone call to get access to the studio- hopefully i speak french otherwise big problem..leaving a cheque in the unlocked letterbox with a blank order.. no toilet paper...
