"The service and the cleaners are very good"

Pros: The service and the cleaners are very good. i am impressed with the breakfast buffet. very good job.
Cons: The bus service need to be more efficient. the bus was congested during late hours. passengers were lapping each other to create space for others.

Pros: Everything from the initial booking to checking in was done with ease and i would highly recommend a stay at this hotel. location is great and the free shuttle bus to the park was excellent and punctual every time. i wish i had booked more time at the hotel anyway next time. the trains into paris from the parks was easy too loved it radisson blu thank you the gomez family

Cons: Room not prepared unto the mark. eg phone was not working. no supper in the bath. extra beds were okay but not very comfortable.

"We enjoyed staying in your hotel"

Pros: We enjoyed staying in your hotel. only issue were the lockers in the swimming pool.
Cons: Only issue were the lockers in the swimming pool. i had trouble with using gate between the swimming pool and the changing rooms. if you were on the wrong side it was hard to open. we also by accident left a blue fleece of our daughters in the room, it was not there when we went back and asked at reception.

Pros: Thi hotel iswonderful and i would recommend it to anyone.
Cons: The hotel only had bookings for one room not two, fortunately we had taken a printout of the booking with us.
