Excellent hotel, near to metro station. Our room was small but very clean and really nicely decorated. The room was also nice and quiet at night. Only drawback was that description mentioned tea and coffee making facilities which we didn't have, although this wasn't a problem for us. There are plenty of places to have breakfast locally if you don't want to have it at the hotel. Would stay here again.

Miniscule rooms in a small hotel with naroow corridors and and a tiny lift. Beds very comfortable. Bathrooms very small but attractive with great shower (apart from fact that screen is too small and lots of spray goes over the floor).The hotel is in an old building. They have done a decent job of trying to modernising it by paainting everything white and grey and adding a bit of coloured perspex here and there to make it look trendy. The white leather seating in the reception area looks tired and grubby.For the money (considering this is Paris), I suppose it offers decent value if you get a decent advance deal, but it's nothing special. You could do far worse! It's just OK. We did not try breakfast so can't comment. 24 Euros for 2 put us off that.

Very good location for bars, restaurants, metro and Gare de Lyon. Reception staff were very helpful at all times of day.The room was very small - not enough room to unpack clothes - and some facilities mentioned on the website booking were not in the room (no bath, no coffee making facility).

We needed a hotel close to Gare d'lyon which is why we found this hotel at first, after seeing photos of the hotel we decided we loved it!

We got a really good deal on the hotel booking last minute. Had we paid the walk in rate of over 200Euro though I would have felt it overpriced. Having said this, it was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was lovely.

Cons: I asked for a double room and got a very small twin room!!! i was very disappointed! my husband could barley fit in the bathroom and we couldn't call from room to room or even to the front desk!

Cons: Small rooms, hotel staff friendly but useless. lift out of service so we had to carry our luggage up to the top floor. location was close to tube station, but a bit out of the centre of paris. finally no wireless internet for the duration of our stay!

Pros: A really nice small hotel that is impeccably clean and tidy. location is good for metro and shops, bars etc. there is a lot to eat around there including a very good italian 'il mogighiani at the end of the road and turn right (2 mins)we loved it. we had the superior room which was great. however we did not see the standard rooms but i bet they are just a little smaller. internet in the room worked like a dream (wifi)

Cons: Security alarm went off every morning, for no reason. transparent bathroom's door might not be appropriate on every occasion, especially if used as a toilet.

Pros: This hotel was great, good location on quiet residential street but close to lots of bars, shops etc. stylish decor, very clean, great showers. didn't have breakfast as this was too expensive.
Cons: It would have been nice to be able to just have drinks/coffee rather than pay for the full breakfast.
