Rooms and especially beds are very small. There is no elivator, so it was very uncomfotable and hard to get to our room on the 3d floor with big bags. If you want to have a breakfast you have to order it in advance. It was not so easy to find the hotel at first.

We got what we paid for a double bed in a room and a bath room. my legs where abit to long for the bed. would go again. Metro ten mins walk.

Very basic rooms but the room was very clean and tidy. The staff were very lovely and helpful. The only problem was our room was on the 3rd floor and there was no lift so we had to carry our 20kg bags up 3 flights. Really great value place.

Good value for money hotel with nice, clean rooms. It's not exactly luxury but is ideal if you just want a base for looking round Paris.

Just 15 minutes from Paris center, this hotel is located in Malakoff, a former city and now canton of Paris. Almost a village, or the campaign. Nice and quit after a busy day in towm. Lots of resto's, an intermarche around the corner and when you walk around you'll find lovely and beautiful houses behind walls. The rooms are small but clean. The beds are good, the shower and toilet functional. For € 55,-- a night for the room absolut value for money. Nice people by the way.

I arrived at the hotel and was greeted and dealt with professionally.The room I was given was on the third floor, there are no lifts, this could cause some people difficulty.The double bed was two single beds pushed together.The toilet seat was loose, it is only a simple task to tighten it up.There is no kettle or any other facilities for basic food preparation, there were two glasses in the room, one of which was very dirty, they certainly had not been cleaned before my stay.On the plus side, once I had got the handle of the Metro system, it was very convenient in location, cheaper local food shops as opposed to further into the city.For me it was somewhere to sleep, I was busy sight seeing and only used the hotel to sleep. A cleaner comes daily and makes the bed and empties the bin. The towels did not get change during my five night stay though.I was meant to stay for six nights, however this site failed to inform me that check in at this hotel closes at 23.00. As my flight landed at 21:25, then to go through customs, and the hotel is a good hour or so from CDG airport, there was no way I could of made it by 23:00.I stayed overnight in the F1 hotel, which is local to the airport, there is a free shuttle bus, so that was ideal for an overnight stay after travelling. It was a cheaper hotel as well.

The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the train station. Good location. Hotel is old but is clean. Rooms are cleaned everyday. We feel the room is money value. Only thing is the mattress is not comfortable. Is a bit hard for me. It was a spring mattress.

The staff are amazing and I honestly felt sad to leave the place. The owner was so lovely I wanted to give him a massive hug, I'd just like to thank all the staff for such a wonderful stay. We stayed in an apartment style room as there was a slight mix up with our booking but the staff handled it really well and immediately upgraded us, they also make a nice coffee in the mornings. The beds were very comfortable and we even had a little kitchen in the room. Would definitely stay again and the surrounding area was good. Very close to the metro and with many restaurants and 2 supermarkets near by. The Japanese restaurant across the road served me very well for those 2 weeks.

Pros: It is located near metro station, not far from the city center and it is not expensive. the rooms are cleaned every day, wi-fi is available. breakfast is available for a long time (from 7 to 11) and hot water at any time except night
Cons: I have the only very, but kritical for me, negative impression. in single rooms there is no door between the bedroom and the toliet/shoulder, so you have to sleep or use or pc looking at the toilet and breathing all the wetness and smells. this information is not put on the site.

the minor negative impressions are low level of wi-fi signal in the room and very high noise level from the ajacent rooms and the whole building.

Pros: Lovely family owned hotel, well situated in malakoff which is 20mins on the metro from the centre of paris, but feels like a quaint little french village.
Cons: The check out was 11am, not 12pm as stated on the website, so my advice would be to check with the hotel staff on check in.

Pros: Good locatoin, near the metro station. there are also many supermarkets and restanurants near the hotel. staffs are nice.
Cons: The staff always open the window after tiding the room, seem not safe.

Pros: There was no curfew at night we could let ourselves in at any point with a plastic chip reader that we were given. the rooms were tidy and sufficient for what we required. nice friendly and helpful hotel staff.
Cons: We weren't informed that there were building works outside the hotel which was annoying in the morning. but it didn't matter so much as the hotel was great value for money and in a good location.

Pros: Close to metro, although it's a 30 minute travel to paris city center. nice locals in town (malakoff) with a cheap market and restaurants.
Cons: There was no lift and the staff refused to help us carry our bags up the many, many stairs. our bathroom smelled of mildew and sewage and our shower leaked an inch of water into the entire bathroom. there was supposed to be breakfast offered, but we were told "no breakfast". staff is unhelpful and place was not very clean.
