Excellent location, very near from heart of Paris, v good rooms, very clean, v good place for couples , i didnt try the food, the room with the bathroom is excellent and bathroom was very clean with incredible shower

Got this as a last minute deal after checking on Tripadvisor. Room was very nice without luxury and sleep was good, but what made this something to come back to was the caring personnel at the reception. What could be improved is breakfast buffet which was just OK (please add whole-grain bread, better coffee/cappucino, things not wrapped in plastic ;-))I'll try to get a room here again for my next stay in Paris.

We were given a room on the 3rd floor upon arrival. As it turned out at that very moment the elevator stopped working. Without hesitation the receptionist took both of our quite heavy suitcases and carried them upstairs himself. Now that's what I call customer service! The room was small as is customary in France but all comfort was available. The toilet is separate from the bath (+) the room very clean (+) the hotel less than 5 minutes away from place Ch. de Gaulle (l'Etoile) and the Champs d'Elysée (+), breakfast is ample and the selection good. Only reason for not giving 5 points is the somewhat noisy street life at night.

Pros: We loved the hotel due to its close proximity to arc de triomphe & champs elysees. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially the lady behind the reception desk. overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
